Sales Policy:
- A $50 deposit is required to hold any animal(s) requested in advance.
- We require that the animal(s) be picked up within 30 days after we receive your $50 deposit.
- If the animal(s) is not picked up within 30 days of deposit, a $2 per day boarding fee will be added to the cost of the animal(s).
- If the animal(s) is not picked up within 60 days of the $50 deposit, your deposit will be forfeited and the animal(s) will be offered again for sale.
- Deposits will not be refunded on cancelled orders.
- No Sunday sales. Feel free to contact us and set up an appointment!
We are willing to be flexible if some unexpected, unusual circumstances arise. If so, please keep communication with us concerning your circumstances.
*All animals that are sold are healthy and strong, (unless we inform the customer otherwise.)
*We DO NOT knowingly sell animals with reproductive or health problems, without the customer's knowledge.
*We offer discounts to our loyal customers, and for multiple animal purchases.

...I just really like the look of your herd and udders, and I'm willing to wait and see what happens and what you have leftover at the end of the season. I'd be happy with does out of any of your does. I like that you breed from show lines, but they get to live the homestead life and not just stand in a stall in front of a hay rack their whole lives getting fat for showing... ~Natalie, PA
